Meaning

Run tsc -p path/to/tsconfig.json from the right directory, check the extends path (./tsconfig.base.json or @tsconfig/node20/tsconfig.json installed), and fix JSON syntax (tsconfig allows comments and trailing commas but not other errors). In Docker/CI check files were copied.
